12. Green butterfly

When Leanne and I were in Letchworth, there were butterflies everywhere. Overlooking the Mt. Morris dam is a field of wild flowers that was teeming with them, bright yellows and greens, red and orange, black and white. I was able to get this shot in (a sulphur maybe?) but would love to have an early morning there for some really nice ones, like this, or this.

Today, the butterfly looks like it is poised for a game of leap frog or floral stepping-stones.
