This photo was shot last weekend. The sun had already come up and as it filtered through the clouds produced these blue and purple hues in the snow.

A rock covered in ice is silhouetted against the sun in a morning sunrise photo on Lake Erie near Fort Erie.

A quick freeze caused the still water of Lake Erie to freeze forming these large ice crystals. I’ve converted the photo to black and white to help emphasize the graphic quality of this shot.
