14. Morning at Fort Erie

« « 11. Bleak | 15. Pink » »

For the first time in several months, we had a acceptable morning for shooting. The sun broke through the clouds for a little and we had some nice colour in the sky, which resulted in a few nice reflections in the water as well. Some people can’t understand why I hope we get a nice cold spell and some snow, but I’ve had enough of the poor shooting days.

Though I typically am not a fan of flare in my images, I thought this was kind of interesting. If you look carefully, you can also see the windfarm in Buffalo right under the sun.

I will post a few other images from the morning in the coming days as well as some shots I took while out with Dave the day before.
