Though most of the windows in my house have been upgraded, I still have two original stained glass windows up in the living room. This shot is not one of them. It’s of one of the replaced windows that was still kicking around.

I thought the glass was more translucent than what is shown here, did you do something different or is this part of the glass I just have not noticed?

This shot was almost entirely backlit. I am using a couple small reflectors in front of the glass to add a little bit of light. If the glass had been lit from the front more, more of its translucence would show through.
